Lucy is a copywriter specialising in plain, modern business language, brand language and tone of voice. She has created and implemented guidelines for a number of brands, including Sainsbury’s, Norwich Union, Cancer Research UK and Lloyds TSB. She has rationalised, structured and rewritten entire letter libraries for British Airways, Nissan and Central Trains.
